Every pair of Shakti earrings shown here has found its home. No two agate slices are alike, which is the whole point of them and also why they don't come back. If one of these speaks to you, send me a message — I source new slices often and will happily make a pair in the spirit of any style below.
Shakti means strength in Sanskrit, and that is what these are for. Each pair begins as a slice of agate geode, cut thin enough that light comes through the banding and catches in the druzy — the crust of tiny crystals that forms inside the stone. The edges are plated by hand, and the slices hang from gold filled or sterling silver ear wires.
They are light enough to forget you have them on and large enough that someone will ask. Dressed up or down, they suit most everything.
